summer clothes, it's the sheer amount of possibilities offered by the combination of colors, textures and shapes. This is amazing.
But ... no matter how brands and
designers tempt us with their new proposals, there is something in our wardrobe
that we always wear, hot or cold, fashionable or not: a shirt or a denim
jacket. What do they not confuse me with? And if you combine them with some
Chinese, it's so hot.
In any case, you need to be careful;
some believe the '84 denim jacket is still in vogue and wear it in a way that
no one notices. And no, not that one. Denim is updated every year, materials
are different (even more durable than before) and shapes too. I'm going to
suggest 5 ways to combine your shirt or denim jacket so they don't look the
same. You will be surprised at the result.
As much as I love the seasonal changes
and fall and winter layers, returning to milder temperatures with the onset of
spring is a relief.
This means that certain parts are
returned to rotation and some are removed. I found that there is one piece of
clothing that I somehow manage to wear for most of the year: my trusty denim
jacket.
Regardless of the season, I always find
a way to pair it in the winter or wear it with light chinos in the summer.
There is probably a good purpose for
this - for the same reason that the traditional style and silhouette has survived
with twists and turns for so many decades. It's timeless, durable, and the best
ones are built to last (like your favorite pair of dark denim).
And, as you will see below, there is no
shortage of ways to style this item. Take upright care of it and it will last
you even longer.
Indispensable in everyday life
The first option is to give everyday
life a casual look. He just changes the blazer for a denim jacket. It may seem
a little intimidating at first, if you are not used to it, but in the eyes of
others it will seem modern and relevant.
A white oxford shirt, brown boots and
red striped socks will give you a fresh, vintage look. Add a few light brown
chinos and a darker belt to it all, and it looks like a movie.
Getting started in a denim jacket can be
a little intimidating, especially if you're not used to the style (it
definitely took me a while to get used to). But this intimidation factor can be
avoided by swapping out your denim jacket for a navy blazer or bomber jacket in
a four-season outfit.
Skinny chinos and a brown leather watch
are classics, and these pointed toe boots are a real smash hit.

Rock'n'roll
My second recommendation is a little
more rocker from the 50s and early 60s (but don't worry, you won't have an
"old rocker that never dies" vibe). Simple, skinny, well-worn black
jeans and a wrinkled white T-shirt give you the Rebel Without a Cause look we
love so much. The finishing touch is black boots, striped socks and, of course,
a denim jacket. One tip, tops, that is, they protrude slightly above the boots.
Outfit number two here is perhaps the
most common thing we think of when we talk about denim jackets, at least these
days. The rugged denim jacket style naturally suited naughty rockers, but you
don't have to hang around in a diving bar to channel some of that energy.
Are you worried about the
denim-on-denim look? Unlike a pairing of dark jeans and a dark denim jacket,
the indigo and black Jere pair well enough to avoid the dreaded Canadian
tuxedo.
Universal
A denim jacket can also be easily
paired with “old fashioned” items such as a light-colored sweater and blue
cotton shirt. If you add gray pants to that, you have a cool color combination
that gives you a distant and charming look at the same time. The boots are
brown again and the red striped socks are fun.
This outfit is perfect for a Friday at
work or a laid-back weekend with friends and family out of town (don't forget
the denim jacket).
The denim jacket also pairs well with
pieces of a classic yet vintage vibe like the white sweatshirt you see here.
When paired with a timelessly reliable chambray shirt and skinny gray chinos,
this is a great way to play with each other in cooler hues.
Dark blue pairs well with a lighter
shade of a chambray shirt, while a cream sweatshirt pairs well with light gray
chinos.
And when you work in sleek brown boots
and a crisp classic watch, you have a combination that is truly impossible to
beat: for the office on a regular Friday or for an explosive weekend.
