When we think about packing our bags, men, the truth is we don't get too complicated. We put on a couple of T-shirts, cool jeans, shorts, two or three T-shirts, swimming trunks ... and a little more. Then regret comes when we see that we really have nothing to wear during these 2 weeks of vacation, and we are tired of repeating the same clothes over and over again.
So if you don't want to see yourself shopping for clothes
where you want to spend your vacation, or in duty free at the airport, I
recommend that you sit down and stop to think about what you really need. Trust
me, it's very simple; as easy as taking seasonal basics and combining them
elegantly. Here are some tips.
When going on vacation, a man faces many potential
pitfalls. Too much and you find yourself wasting extra luggage, but too little,
and you are forced to add laundry to your list of places to visit.
To make matters worse, there is a chance that you pack
the wrong things, which makes it fashionable to get stuck somewhere between a
pair of Air Jordans and low crotch wool pants. Therefore, to speed up packing
and suitcase, I have compiled a list of holiday supplies covering all aspects.
Own weight is not allowed.

T-shirts
I know, I know ... how obvious. We all need T-shirts, but
(and this is a novelty) last year's or others are not suitable for us. Believe
it or not, seemingly plain white T-shirts also obey the dictates of fashion,
and the wide one you bought last year is bad form.
So choose summer t-shirts well. I would go for neutral
colors so they go well with them, and yes, they are made from good cotton. Your
body and you (we are the same) will be grateful to you.
T-shirts
Okay, starting with a T-shirt is almost embarrassingly
obvious, but on this list, it's not important to patronize what you already
know, namely that a T-shirt is essential in the summer, but to highlight the
importance of buying it. ... this is good.
By this we mean it should be white (or some other neutral
shade), well weighted (not so thick as to leave you slippery with sweat, not
too light as #freethenipple) and made from 100% cotton, preferably mercerized
pima or supima.
Thin sweater
Even if we have two or three heat waves of 40 degrees in
a row, it will sometimes get cold (I say), so you need a thin linen sweater
that generally suits us all, especially if we are a little tanned. ...
This sweater goes well with casual summer clothes. You
can wear it with short, long pants, but never with a swimsuit. Remember this is
an informal outfit for chilly summer nights.
Thin sweater
Unless this trip is the first leg of your big retirement
tour, you will most likely be outdoors until the early hours of the morning.
This means that you need a back cover to shake off the cold.
Instead of a sweatshirt that might be too casual or a
jacket that turns out to be too warm in many cases, a thin sweater strikes the
right balance while keeping you cool without getting in the way of your style.
Striped shirt
This is a classic that never fails: striped tees or
Breton tees. A great option if you are tired of wearing them in white or
hesitate with prints this season (some, however, for running).
Striped shirts will be your lifesaver more than once and
in many situations, trust me. They will give you a certain style and will
always attract the eyes of others. I advise you to buy a little wide (but
without exaggeration) and combine them to your liking. They go with everything.
Breton top
In the "capsule"
wardrobe there is little room for things that are not combined with others,
which means that there can be no talk of the most striking prints, experimental
cuts and, in general, about "complex" applications.
However, a Breton blouse
bridges the gap between safety and excruciating daring, bringing color and
visual depth to your Christmas look. Go for the long-sleeved, medium-weight
option (100% cotton recommended), but not so heavy that it gets unbearably hot.
Light pants
Surely, when you went to buy
summer trousers, you noticed that they are much lighter and lighter than winter
ones. Well, that's it: leave your regular heavy jeans and chinos in the closet
and completely immerse yourself in the colors and textures that let your skin
breathe.
I know the first option is to
think about shorts (which too), but if you wear them for a long time, choose a
range of neutral colors like stone, beige or cream to surprise you and look
much looser and lighter.
Consider the pants as our
"masterpiece" and you will have to combine them with other clothes;
so the more neutral the better.
Light pants
Shorts are indispensable when
turning a man in hot weather. But this does not unkind that there are no other
ways to let your legs breathe.
By swapping out durable denim
and twill chinos for lighter 100% cotton or twill trousers (with a snug fit,
but not snagging), you can keep your pins private without the risk of
self-priming.
As the main element of your
summer outfit, your pants should be paired with other items, so stick with
light neutrals (beige, stone, cream), shades of blue, or even pastel shades if
you are the type of guy that would. Get some pretty clothes from a pair of icy
tones.
